  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking.
  • Full payment is due 3 days prior to the departure date.
  • Payment methods accepted are at our designated Bank Branches
  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing and are subject to the cancellation policy outlined by the travel agency.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation policy and may be subject to administrative fees.

Terms of Services

Travel Documentation:
  1. It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure that all travel documentation, including passports, visas, and health certificates, are valid and obtained before travel.
  2. The travel agency will provide information and guidance on travel documentation requirements, but ultimate responsibility lies with the traveler.
Travel Insurance:
  1. It is highly recommended that travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
  2. The travel agency can provide information on available travel insurance options, but the purchase and coverage details are the responsibility of the traveler.
Health and Safety:
  1. Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and fit to travel.
  2. It is recommended to check with healthcare professionals and relevant authorities for any necessary vaccinations or health precautions before traveling.
Changes and Amendments:
  1. Any changes or amendments to the travel arrangements are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
  2. The travel agency will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee availability or pricing.
Limitation of Liability:
  1. The travel agency acts as an intermediary between travelers and suppliers and is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or inconvenience caused by the acts or omissions of these suppliers.
