Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation Policy

  3. The date of cancellation will be the date on which the written request is received by the travel agency.
  4. The travel agency will communicate the applicable cancellation fees at the time of booking and provide a breakdown of any non-refundable components.
  5. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the supplier’s policies and may be subject to administrative fees.
  6. In the event of a no-show or failure to notify the travel agency of a cancellation, no refunds will be provided.
